This beautiful Elopement in France was done at sunrise and we used some favorite spots outside The Louvre in Paris, France!
France Wedding Photographer
Hey, there! My name is Dana and I am so glad you are here! I am the photographer over at Destinations with Dana. Aside from photography, I love to blog. It allows me to share beautiful and inspiring images from all over the world with you. From content at styled shoots to the weddings I photograph. Blogs are also a great way to share a story from the wedding day. So, those who did not attend can read all about it.
This blog here will share with you some of my favorite images from a Paris Elopement held at The Louvre at sunrise. Truly one of the most memorable couples and locations I have photographed. It was the perfect day.
Elopement in France
The secret is out, and everyone who wants crowd-free images knows it. If you want the best photography, you have to wake up early to get it. I am talking way before the sun wakes up over the city.
Paris has long been hailed as one of the most romantic cities in the world. From its iconic landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum, to its charming neighborhoods, like Montmartre and Le Marais, Paris exudes a certain je ne sais quoi that captivates lovers from around the globe. The city’s romantic atmosphere is palpable, with its picturesque streets, cozy cafes, and stunning architecture. Whether you choose to exchange your vows in a grand cathedral or have an intimate ceremony in a hidden garden, Paris offers endless possibilities for a truly unforgettable elopement experience.
Our elopement in France was done in the City of Paris and started at sunrise.
The vendor team was awake since around 3:30 am. Our sweet bride got her hair and makeup done and brought the look of a charming young lady with an incredible wedding bun. Our groom rocked a white suit jacket and black pants. We started our shoot in the famous archway at The Louvre.
The light is always changing and to me, it’s beautiful to see what 20 minutes can make of a photo when it comes to the light.
We then finished our elopement in France outside the pyramids in the courtyard of The Louvre.
