Penha Longa Resort Wedding
In true Portugal Spring weather fashion, this wedding weekend had weather that was unpredictable. If it’s not sunny and windy, it’s cold and calm. The weekend hosted some crazy weather but that did not stop this wedding team from coming together and designing wedding magic.
Just down from the resort stay, a ceremony was set up in the ruins that brought way to a true romanic style wedding. A hidden gem, this set-up brought yellow and ivory florals, warm spring tones, and a classic and romantic experience. This location was perfect for a small ceremony, and then bride and groom portraits after.
Throughout the ruins and on the grounds of the resort, you will find many beautiful places for bride and groom portraits.
And inside one of the chapels at the resort is the perfect room for a reception set-up. You get the real feel of Sintra with the beautiful architecture and colors.
If you are looking for a beautiful resort to get married at in Portugal, Penha is one you must consider. It’s only 30 minutes away from the airport. The resort is very clean, beautiful, and the staff are welcoming. It is after all, a Ritz Carlton!
